With all the news stories about immigrants from other nations coming into Europe and costing the state a ton of money, i wonder how loose their laws are that make it so easy for the resources to misused by immigrants.

Latest example.

I wonder if it would be possible for me to do something similar. I am bored of living in India for so long and could really use a change of scenery and some fresh air.

If i wanted to immigrate to the US, Canada or any other western European country and claim benefits from their government, how do i go about it? Who do i contact? Do i just show up and claim that i need asylum, or should i contact their embassy in India? 😉

What are the cheapest ways to get on the other side of the planet?

I am 20 years old, male. I do not have any job worthy skills, but i speak and write good English, so i could probably teach junior classes.

So, how do i achieve this?
 
Well considering you are from India all you need is some type of scientific or professional degree from one of your universities or colleges.
 
I'm pretty sure a major requirement for asylum is that your life must be at risk if you remain in your home country.

Don't bother coming to the US to teach. You need at least a 4 year university degree and a Masters degree in education to teach.
 
Well then you might be out of luck.

We like to import Indians with professional degrees by the thousands.

I think you should go to Africa, contact some smugglers who will take you to Lampedusa and hope your boat doesn't sink. But you need cash, several thousand at least. Also, make sure you ask for asylum in the country you want to actually stay, and not in Italy itself because you'd basically go from bad to worse.

Should be some info on EU website too.
 
By Western do you mean the US/Canada or Europe?

The US/Canada will not support you unless you come as a refugee from a nation where your life would be considered as in danger if you were sent back.

If you were to get in, illegally, you will need some skill set to survive at a place that will not look at your paperwork or find someone who has legit paperwork that you can "borrow".

there are legal channel to immigrate to the US/Canada; however, you need a skill set or patience. Unless you can find a sponsor. (Employment but you have no skills accordingly) or use a mail order wedding (Sell yourself)
