serious gaming vid problem

Having a weird video issue since i installed Empire at War. It affects all games. Need some help. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled vid car drivers and sound car drivers and update all nforce4 stuff. What am i missing? I've tried different resolutions with everyhting turned on and everything turned off. The only game i haven't had a problem with is total annilliation. i've had the problem in bf2 with and with out the sf expansion, aa:sf, empire at war, sim city4, HL2 :frown:

You have to find an image hosting site like photobucket or imageshack to host them, then link us to them.

directX and openGL packages probably got altered while you were installing it. I'm not too sure how to fix that though. You can try reinstalling directX, no idea what to do for openGL. Of course if you have a backup, then just restore it. If you're using XP, just rollback. It will save you alot of time.
 
Are you overclocking your video card? Set everything, including your CPU overclock, back down to defaults and see if it still happens.
 
Not over clocking the GPU. The only thing over clocked is the CPU and i tried it at the stock setting and still have the same issue.

You mentioned that this happened after installing Empire At War. Have you tried uninstalling it to see if your other games still do this?
