Serial Number Retrieval

My boot drive (WD 750 GB) started making clicking noises so I made an image with Arconis on an external drive. When I went to install Adobe CS3 on my new drive I realized that I needed ther serial number to reload the program. Of course I can't locate the serial number. Is there a way I can retrieve the S/N from the Acronis image in its current state or do I need to go back and reinstall the Acronis image before I did any of this?
