Rectal cancer is not a cause of death; lack of proper treatment, bypass, etc, is. I see they saw fit to not fix his plumbing, apparently. I mean, get real.....did he really die because his bunghole stopped dropping turds? Was he sodomized? I hope he was. Did they use one of those honing sticks, round, with sandpaper around it? I hope they did.
