September Price Drops: How Much

Has anyone followed past Pentium price drops and might be able to come up with a reasonable approxiimation as to how much this price drop will be for the pentium 2.4, 2.26, 2.20, 1.8

It was like 2 weeks a go...

2.533ghz = 240

2.4ghz/2.26ghz = 190


It is to be in conjunction with the entrance of the 2.8ghz which will be like 600.00 and the 2.66ghz which will be like 400...basically those two replace the 2.53 and 2.4ghz current places...

Those are some hefty price drops. It will be interesting to see what AMD counters with. $50 1800+?

I just can't wait to get a 3 Ghz p4 sometime in the next 6-8 months without upgrading my whole machine ... that will be bliss.
