I've gone off the rails, contemplating "emotional civil war" short of breaking the law.
I no longer regard the remaining Trump Base as either my fellow Americans or fellow human beings. I tell myself that --if I were attending sunday church regularly and found one of them sitting next to me, I would create a disturbance by spitting in his face during the consecration of the Host before communion. I constantly contemplate shunning and shaming Trumpers in public -- embarrassing them in grocery stores and shopping centers. I constantly dream of finding them in desperate need of something from me, like roadside First-Aid, so I can spit and laugh in their faces.
I had always maintained a live and let live attitude, and once thought I was a Republican myself. I didn't choose to be a Democrat because I "belief in certain s***". The only beliefs for me relevant to public life are "good government", "common sense" and "the Constitution".
I just think we need to take over the White House, Congress and the Supreme Court, and we need to return the status quo to what it was. Throw it in their faces! I have no interest in bridging gaps or compromise with the White Trash Filth.
Civility and a sense of responsibility have kept a lid on the emotional reaction of Anti-Trump citizens and former GOP -- or call them "Democrats". I think we owe the Right a heap of misery and unhappiness, because they've brought all that to our country with Trump and his gang of criminals.
The Racists should be sent to political re-education camp for Skinnerian behavioral modification. There is no place in America for them or their kind. And spoken like a good Caucasian aspiring "Rainbow" citizen. Sane citizens need what former Congressman Steve King touted as a "trillion rounds of ammunition." We can't have civil conversations with the Right, or compromise in arguments or votes, because their lies and subterfuge makes constructive discourse useless. So let our currency become Hot Lead. [Most responsible Democrats don't say these things. But I want to know what they feel, beneath their polite Letters-to-the-Editor.]
Of course, a sane Supreme Court and the Rule of Law would not allow me to do what I contemplate, but for spitting in faces, shunning, shaming and embarrassing. Otherwise, if you support that sociopath, criminal, rapist and possible pedophile -- **** you in the heart with a telephone pole in front of your kids on Christmas Day. Burn in Hell.
Now my blood pressure can stay down for another week or so. I've vented!!
