Separate SSD drives for OS and Apps?

For years I have been using 3 drives in my systems, 1 for OS, 1 for Apps, and 1 for Docs and Page File.

Does one see the same benefits when using SSD drives? Or does the increased SDD performance obviate dividing functions by drive?

I am going to take the SSD plunge with about $350 dollars to spend. Would I be better off with:

1 30G Vertex (OS) + 1 60G Vertex (Apps)

or

1 80G X25-M (OS + Apps)?

I have lots of RAM. Should I put the Pagefile on an SSD or leave on a spindle drive?

Thanks in advance for the input.
