Sent PMs???

So I sent another member a PM by clicking on his name then using the send message feature. I didn't hear anything from him so I checked my sent messages folder to make sure it was sent. It shows 0 sent messages.

I then sent another message, went back to the sent messages folder and still 0 sent messages.

are PMs working?
