You would think that Buddha would be. No attacks to speak of, he just sits there getting his ass kicked. And I'm pretty sure Jesus would just turn the other cheek. Come to think of it, I can't think of a single religious figure outside of Mohammed that's ever portrayed as advocating violence... so you'd have to imagine that Mohammed would be the clear strongest in a fighting game.

Well if they included all the religions, I'd say the Norse Gods would be your best bet. Thor would dominate everybody. The Greek Gods were no slouches, and of course the Titans would be formidable adversaries, but I don't think anyone could match Thor's rage on the battlefield. Although Shiva is the destroyer of worlds... Really, the polytheistic religions would just smash the crap out of the monotheistic religions since they can have Gods that aren't all lovey-dovey; no one would follow a monotheistic religion centered around Ares or Thor.
