I love Sennheiser headphones. I have the HD 580 with the pro-logic/DSP processor and it kicks butt. :D :D :D

The Special Purchase while supplies last includes the DSP360 Surround sound for your headphones or loudspeakers. The DSP360 digital sound processor converts stereo (Dolby encoded) sound into amazing Dolby surround sound that can be listened to via normal headphones or stereo loudspeakers.

Looks like a stripped down dsp processor and the headphones aren't as good, but I would definitely recommend the hd-580 and the dsp processor.. I use the headphones for games and music and the dsp processor is hooked up to my entertainment system... it's awesome

Big fan of the DSP as well. Perfect for apartments/dorm rooms or while the baby/child/childrens are sleepin'

I have a pair of the 433 Sennheiser's and they sound good. I use them for my PC. I also have a pair of RS-60 wireless Sennheisers which are great. I got both headphones from Ubid for under $100.

I have the exact same headphones and I have that DSP processor. I love the headphones. My klipsch promedias have all but been retired because the headphones sound so much better. I am sure the HD580s are a whole lot better than these, but if you have never heard them you wouldnt miss them because these are nice. The DSP 360 is another thing. I didnt find that the DSP did a whole lot of anything except for make music sound worse. It is right now sitting in my drawer. I was probably doing something wrong but who knows.
