Sennheiser CX150 earbuds-$15 at NE

We have bought a half a dozen or so of the inexpensive when on sale Sennheiser buds, the mx and the cx series, and they are flat out excellent sounding. Some have issues with fit, but that is solved with an extra foam cover or selecting the right size ear canal silicone.

Don't expect them to bump, they don't have artificial bass boost, just accurate sound. Once you get used to it, most prefer it.

ugh, I always miss good earbud deals. A few months ago I gave in and bought a cheap pair of Skull Candy earbuds from Walmart, and it sounds like I'm listening to music through a tin can.
 
For low price earbuds, JVC Marshmallows are pretty good. If you can pony up an extra few $, Klipsch S4s or V-Moda Vibes will blow your world away at $30-40 on sale.. keep an eye out for those.
 
I missed the $15 by 1 day again, then they went back up to $25 I think, but now they are at $18 (still free shipping) again, so I bit.

Hopefully I can finally retire my crappy skull candys.
 
I finally got an iPhone 5 yesterday and hooked the up the Sennheiser CX150 earbuds and wow these kick the crap out of the skull candys I had. I wish I known how good these would have sounded I would have bought a couple more pair.
 
Still waiting on delivery of mine, it wouldn't let me use shoprunner and the free shipping takes forever.

Heh, I just checked, and they switched mid delivery from dhl to usps, this might be a while...
