sennheiser bose ae2 equivalent?

I'm looking for a pair of sennheiser's for portable use (unamped windows phone) - what do you guy recommend for LESS than the cost of a your standard issue bose/klipsch image ones? I'm leaning heavily toward klipsch but remember loving the sen sound signature. What's a good, relatively lightweight headphone that doesn't need an amp and provides some isolation (more than the px100 which I loved but could not use on the subway)?
