Sending supplements from state to state

Question:

I put my supply of Pyruvate, which is a supplement I bought at 24 Hour Fitness, on ebay.com and someone won it.

I'm wondering if there are any laws from state to state from sending supplements through the mail? I wouldn't want to send it to him and then land my ass in jail for sending it to a state where Pyruvate is considered illegal.

Can anyone tell me whether or not I can get in trouble for this?

Pyruvate is I guess like an older version of Xenadrine or Hydroxycut... without ephedrine of course.

As long as it's not banned in that state and/or there aren't laws regarding selling supplements to minors (ephedra based products can no longer be sold to people under the age of 18 in TX, doesn't apply since yours isn't ephedrine)
