sending mms mesages

Pretty sure it doesnt but certain companies handle MMS differently. I think tmobile counts it against your messaging plan while other count it against data.

I know on Verizon, MMS doesn't work on Wifi, the message will sit there unsent until you turn off wifi so that the radio can do the work.

Just to make sure I'm not confused, when sending a picture that's over MMS right? So if I have unlimited text messaging then that means unlimited picture sending?

What is your carrier? If you are on Page Plus for example, MMS data is always counted against your data plan in addition to the text message itself.

On Verizon/Page Plus, MMS uses data, not SMS. MMS messages can't be sent over WiFi.
