Sending flowers from FTD.com to a dorm

I am trying to use FTD.com to send flowers to a college dorm. They use fedex, UPS, and local florists for delivery. Anyone know if they can deliver to college dorms on campus? In this case Davidson College, Davidson NC.

It will probably be delivered like any other package.

1. Delivery person shows up.
2. Student at front desk receives package.
3. Recipient is called to pick up package from front desk.
