when I send e-mail I am smart

I directed it to local postmaster and put general postmaster in CC: field

How about your LOCAL postmaster? The Postmaster General is more concerned with providing the Republican Party with franking privileges than with forwarding your mail.

;)

If you send an email, it's unlikely that they will be able to understand what you have written.

I used USPS services online to change my mailing address and I did receive by postal mail confirmation notice that my mail will be forwarded to me new as of June 1 but so far not a single letter forwarded, can you please have someone look into it and make sure letters start being forwarded ASAP. I love the fact USPS being competitive with couriers and offering a lot of services online and making it convenient for the customers to use your services without standing in long lines at post offices especially in NYC.

Sincerely,
Wduaqnug

I'm out of breath after reading that post.

Punctuation is a good thing.

You are an idiot...it tells you CLEARLY that it takes up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS for your mail to get sent from your old post office, then to the USPS CFS (Central Forwarding System), sorted there, then sent to your current delivery post office...even if your are in the same town and even if in the same post office...

work for USPS...actually customer support for Convergys on the USPS account...

Kanalua but I scheduled this two month ago

doesn't matter...it takes two weeks for your mail to get FORWARDED, not for the forwarding request to go into effect. It takes can take up to two weeks from the time that your mail arrives at your old delivery post office to get forwarded to your new address...it states that CLEARLY when you filed your COA...
