I keep a folder of "fixes and tips" that I've run across, here is what I have on this topic:

Send To Extensions
Send To makes the handy Send To option on the Windows Explorer shortcut menu even handier by adding more options. To install Send To, right-click Sendtox.inf and select Install. When the installation is complete, right-click a file or folder in Windows Explorer to see the new, enhanced Send To menu.

Among other things, Send To adds an item called Any Folder, which allows you to send files and folders to any folder on your system or network without having to cut, paste, or drag. Choose the file(s) or folder(s) you want to send, right-click, and choose Send To, Any Folder. A dialog box appears, and all you have to do is indicate whether to copy or move the selected items, enter the target path, and click OK. Note the following:

You need to specify the complete path to which the selected file is to be copied or moved.
If the path doesn?t exist, it?s created.
If you enter a folder name without a path, the folder is created under the current folder.

Looking through this now, I don't remember where the Sendtox.inf file is procurred from, here is the path to it on my system:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ShellExt

I see that this file is also a component in the w95pwertoy
