Send Mass Emails

Hello,

I'm trying to send mass emails to 1600 emails. Tried to do it in Outlook but the email just stays in the Outbox and it never gets sent, even after pressing Send/Receive. Is there an alternative or am I doing something wrong? I tried using a distribution list but it didn't help.

IIRC, mass emailing was restricted in Outlook to prevent worms from doing it, but I could be wrong. The ^ solutions might be your way to go.

You might want to check with your ISP too. They may have restrictions on the number of outgoing e-mails.


How are you sending these? Are they coming from an @your-ISP.com e-mail address, or are they from @ECommerceday.com?

I wouldn't use outlook...

move to a csv ro text file with sub names/mails/etc and something like Perl, You could literally send email with 20 lines of code.
