Didn't some government official release a similar list when Mortal Kombat was around? Basically it listed all of the popular fighters at the time (MK topped the list with its 'fatalities' finishing moves) but I see the trend's moved on to first person shooters and adventures.

Looks like all of the neck-breaking, bone-snapping fighters are OK in his book now. :)
