Sempron 2800 Socket 754 mobo

Putting together a new comp for a friend. Emphasis is on cost (going fairly cheap here) but no oc-ing.

I'm thinking about a Sempron 2800, probably s754, but not sure what mobo to get. I'm thinking about maybe the Asus K8V-X.

Any suggestions?

I would recommend the ABIT KV8 Pro, which is actually cheaper but has superior build quality in my opinion (100% Japanese capacitors, uGuru, debug led, rounded cables, etc).

Also, consider the ECS 755-A2. It's about $30 cheaper and is also a very good board for this kind of system. Review:

The Epox 8KRDAI is only around $65. Cheap, plus overclocking.
