I don't want to comment on the topic of this thread ( although I generally advocate more freedom and less government interference). However, I just have to say that that picture sh!t is one of the stupidest posting styles I have seen.

I thought it already was illegal? I know it's illegal to talk on the phone and drive at the same time here at least. Illegal to watch TV or listen to headphones in the car as well.

Cigarettes should be illegal period, no reason to have them.
