Semi Moral/Legal question?

Would it be wrong... to go out and buy a DVD that I already bought but hasn't come yet, and then return the unopened one once it comes.

I have this DVD x that I have ordered from store a, I really want to watch it and can go out and buy it tomorrow from store b. Then when DVD x comes I could return the copy from store a to store b and get my money back. (Its cheaper to buy it from store a)

only thing i can see is that if it was cheaper to buy it at store A but you return it to store B you'll be getting money back + the dvd?

nope I'm going to return the unopened DVD from the store I bought it from just a few days later.

it should be no problem as longs as they dont give you any trouble returning it.

A tiny, tiny bit unethical in costing them a little labor (both to sell and then restock). You should buy at least one other DVD (or something else) from the local store to make up for it.

actually I was thinking of picking up Spiderman from them so maybe that'll make up for it
