Selling psx + stuff to a friend.. wtf should i charge?

I'm selling my playstation (1) which has been modded, 3 controllers, 3 memory cards, about 15 original games, and some others games to a friend of mine. However, I've got no clue what I should charge him for it. Anyone have any ideas? I hate making the price when I'm selling to friends.

My estimated street prices that I'm pulling out of my ass, basically taking 1/2 to 1/3 of the new price:

PS, used, modded, w/1 controller: $50 ($100 new)
2 extra controllers: $20 ($20-$30 apiece new)
(add $10 if controllers are Dual Shock)
3 memory cards: $30 ($20 apiece new -- if first party)
15 games: $100-150 (depends on the quality of the games) ($20-$50 apiece new)
other games: $0 (you're not gonna make him pay for something you didn't pay for!)

Total: $200-$250

Adjust if things are dirty/broken/books lost/etc.

[edit]: Yeah, like Rishi said. Make it cheaper if he's a good friend or you wouldn't get any use out of it anyway.

If we're talking about a real good friend of yours, and the PSX would pretty much just sit around and collect dust otherwise, $100 seems like a fair amount.

ya, it depends on how good a friend he is. if he's a real good friend, you could always go over to his has and play with it when you wanted to.

I just sold one of my PS's for 80$ to a friend of mine. It had 2 dual shock, mod chip already installed, a newer gameshark (newest model that plugged in back before htey started with the CD crap), lots and lots of copied games (but all good, like the final fantasies and stuff). I hadn't used my PS in over a year and i felt like sharing the wealth. Then I turned around and helped out a friend who was in need of money for prom by buying his dreamcast from him (80$ for dreamcast, 2 controllers, 1 VMU, 12 games, 6 original). Now i'm probably gonna sell the DC cuz i'm bored of it 🙂 Dunno how that helps u but thought i'd share my experience in selling console packages to friends
