I've got an auction runnng on Ebay right now, and I find myself going back to the site almost once an hour just to see if there are any new bids on my item. It's addicting.

I feel the same way. The last 10 minutes of an auction are pretty much the most exciting parts of my day.

I know what you mean... I've got 12 items ending in the next 3 hours.. checking eBay and my email for
buyer questions every 10 minutes

Plus, I can't help but keep checking one auction I have for a jacket I bought for $7
that's already up to $200 :) and it's got 6 days left

I auctioned a laptop on there about 5 years ago. It was insane the last 2 hours.

In two hours it went from $300 to $1400. Ended up having over 45 bids on it.

Just make sure it's selling you get addicted to, and not buying. :p
<----Has a dozen or more auctions starting on Sunday. :D

reserve auctions have less bidders. I won't bid on reserve auctions unless the item is rare.

Yep ... I know what you mean ... I was pretty obsessive watching the bid on the Landcruiser I won the other day. And I was @ a place with a crappy connection. I would've been pissed if I had lost it to a last minute bid because their damn network was to slow to refresh!

On the plus side, the username TylerKaraszewski is never taken.
Do people call you TK?

They mostly call me Tyler.

I prefer to call you Fred.

BTW, your winning bidder has zero feedback :Q

I'm watching an auction for a cell phone right now that ends in 40 mins, that's addicting too ;)

But yeah, it's much more thrilling when you're selling things and keeping an eye on them :D

Yeah, several years ago someone at work showed me Ebay.

Today I have sold about 1,000 items and have 863 positive feedbacks, I couldn't guess how many auctions I have won :)
