I have a lot of computer parts to liquidate for cheap. eBay is out since I don't have the time to ship anything, plus I like the idea of a cash-only transaction, and listing on CL is quicker.

Right now, I have 7 CRT monitors to get rid of. Should I list all 7 in one ad, or create a new post for each one? Suggestions?

One ad. Post it in caps with some special characters to get some attention.
Also, post pics and your contact nbr.

You can say you have 7 in one ad and just list the prices individually. It's not like eBay where you'd have to sell all 7 at once if you do it like this.

use one ad.

be prepared to have people haggle with you.

be cautious about who you give your address out to.

expect to be asked to demonstrate the parts working.

only take cash.

Haggling is fine, it's in my blood.

As far as being cautious about who I give my address to, other than refusing someone whom I get a bad vibe from, what sort of precautions are there to take?
