Selling my 1.2GHz Mobile Celeron. Need to figure out if it'll work on a potential buyer's laptop.

The processor i'm selling is a 1.2GHz Intel Mobile Celeron Processor SL6H9. The buyer wants to know if it'll work on his 1805-S207 toshiba sattelite laptop. His old processor was a sl5xu.

I don't know if the laptop can run at a 133MHz bus or not. Even if it can't would this processor work at 900MHz? Thanks.
