Aside from filling out the necessary DMV forms and transferring the title to the buyer, is it wise to create a contract or bill of sale?
I heard that once send in the "notice of release of liability" form, you would no longer be liable for the vehicle and the buyer couldn't come back at a later time demanding their money back.
Thanks for your help.
