No job so I'm selling a few items. I just want to make sure the transaction goes smoothly so I don't overlook anything.
Selling a car and a motorcycle (as separate transactions). What will make this easier is that I hold the titles for both (i.e. no lien or bank involvement.)
I know the title itself is written on at time of transaction, and I am looking for a Florida DMV document for Bill of Sale. I will also amend a section that in effect states that there is no implied warranty and all sales are final.
Other than these things, is there anything else I should remember to do to insure a smooth ride?
