I did a search for this and I couldn't find it so hopefully its not a repost. I was in CompUSA and they're selling the Smartpad for $50 after rebate.

$180 - $30 instant savings - $50 price break = $100. Take the $50 rebate and its now $50.

Sale ends tomorrow.

See Seiko SmartPad
I bought it on Monday. I know. I should have posted it! It works pretty well for copying everything written on a small paper tablet. The special pen costs $50 to replace and takes a AAAA battery. The pad itself takes two AAA. It turns on when you put the pen to pad. The binder/case is too small for my iPAQ with any sleeve-PC, CF, or even silver slider-to fit in it.
I have gotten the PocketPC SmartPad to work with my Handspring Neo. I download the Palm version of the software at Seiko's website to install on my Neo. You do have to turn the Neo to one side so the IR port is turned to the port on the SmartPad.
