Think its called The Cube or just Cube..

Anyone seen this very strange but somehow interesting movie. The acting was cheezy, it was a cheap film. But did anyone else kinda enjoy the strange plot ??

For God's sake, all I wanted to find out is why they were in the cube. I would have turned th emovie off after half an hour but I wanted to find that out. Then it never tells you!

Dunno... I got the impression right at the beginning that you're not supposed to know exactly why they're there. Didnt bother me...

Anyways, I think it was great movie.

Yeah, that movie was pretty cool.

Just imagine all the money that went into that set...I mean with two rooms and then the colored lightbulbs. Must've cost a handful.

Ehhh, reminds me of the 80s movie, Gleaming the Cube with Christian Slater. I'll never forget that bad-a$$ skateboard at the end.

That's the WHOLE point! It's a great movie and it offers some awesome anti-conspiracy theories on evil things the government does:
There is no conspiracy. It's a blundering headless beast and it originally had some purpose but it was lost in the shuffle or restructuring, budget cuts....

Man....and so efficiently made--"We've got one set piece--a tiny cubic room. All we do is change the lights, throw in some digital f/x and an awesome plot an we got ourselves a flick."

I loved it. I loved the "but why are they in there" subtext.
I DO actually think they could have made something more of it though. The atmosphere was great, I was just disappointed when it ended :D

Hey, I thought the storyline and some of the twist-n-turns were pretty damned good.

Own it DVD as a matter of fact.
