They keep flying into my windows and bounce off. LOL.

There sure seems to be a lot of them.

I remember watching my cat chase them and then torture them before eating them.

It's more like two strands of hair, that separate. Nothing dangerous, lives for about, 24 hours but reproduces like mad.

June bugs are fat ass beetles that like to hang out on cement at night, and fly into walls and windows during the day. They're huge and clumsy, they also produce a lot of juice if you step on them.

That just looks like a regular old beetle.

We have these around here

Mostly in Central/Eastern Oregon, and on the coast. I rarely see one in the valley.

there's HUGE piles of their carcasses (sp?) on the ground around the lamp posts. here's a few of their dried out crusty asses stuck to my screen.

I think you need 60,000 volts for those suckers, anything else just gets them a little buzzed.
