It is amazing that a partner (appears to have) backdoored such a prestigious firm in this way, although he appears to have gotten instant karma in this case. I have to assume being a partner in that firm was very lucrative and he got canned almost immediately.Because it's an embarrassingly stupid lawsuit with absolutely no chance of even one cause of action ever making it to trial. And law firms have reputations they generally want to protect.

Example: sues for defamation based on allegations made in the Dominion's and Smartmatic's complaints. These allegations are protected by litigation privilege. You literally cannot sue someone for defaming you in a lawsuit.
