Nice price - $29 with free shipping. Stock shows 11 as of 4:30PM CT. NE must be trying to clear them out since it's KT266A. Since PCChips = ECS this looks just like a K7VTA2 (Link to ECS). The K7VTA2 KT266A was considered a good stable board in it's day. Too bad I don't need another MB.

I'm a little leery of some of the reviewers: = LOL

"As good as PC chips Mobo's are, I can't see why they are so cheap".

As far as I know they still are junk. If you need a cheap mobo and you have a fry's, I think you're better off getting one of their cpu/mobo bundles. With those you're basically paying for the cpu and getting the mobo free.

I got a PC Chips board with a combo from Fry's during the last sale ($99 for a P4 2.4GHz and M950). No problems with it yet. The build quality is much better than from their junk days. I still wouldn't buy one for regular price ($50), but it's not bad since it was basically free with the CPU.

best deal is:
fry's deal ECS KT333 + duron 1.6 = $30 - $20 FS/FT for 1.6 = $10 KT333 board
