I don't have any of those MS qualifications, but I do live in the Greater Seattle area, and did sleep at at a Holiday Inn Express last week........:)

Consider it a bump from a "school of hard knocks" network admin.

A bump here for this thread.

I've got a 1600+ mailbox clustered Exchange 2007 migration and consolidation project coming up for one of our customers and neither me nor any of our other experienced engineers have the bandwidth to do it

If you or know someone who may be interested in this opportunity please send them my way. I'm even up for working out some kind of referral 'bonus' if you put me in touch with someone we end up hiring. We've been looking for leads in several places, if we don't get any solid candidates will probably end up hiring a recruiter later this week.

Is there a salary cap? Do you have utilization bonus? For presales tasks do I get included in commission or is this part of my salary.

I'd PM you these but they will be useful to other forum readers and I probably wouldn't take the job anyway.

Obviously I can't "guarantee" any kind of compensation package (esp through this venue); however what it amounts to for most of our engineering staff is a base salary plus commission on what you bill (projects, etc.).

The carrot for pre-sales is that you'd typically get to be the one doing project.
