Umm... I think someone has a large chip on their shoulders.

Why would ANYONE want to help you, now that you unloaded on someone who went to bat for you, and was basically laughed off by his colleagues ?

This is what one of the researchers shared with me and why the OP is talking about 2006:
http://www.groupsrv.com/science/post-1385673.html

Even then he was confrontational. I thought I'd help. Despite AT's belief of me, I never attack first.

The sad part is even if this guy's invention kicks off, he probably burned his bridges in this Social Media society.

My latest response wasn't nice from another I shared it with: "Run from this chap. He provided nothing and he could have given much more and kept his rights to it. He is shooting the moon or spinning fairy tales. Can you research on your own a bit first?

I am pretty busy these days and don't have time for this nonsense."

I had to look up shooting the moon. Then I read further. That sucked.

I had no problem putting money down for a NPP, I will pay for the full patent in a few months if I have to.

I wasn't sure what country you filed your application in, or if it's international. But for clarification, if you filed in the US, are you referring to a provisional application, where you file informally and pay a reduced fee, then have 1 year to file the full non-provisional application?

See http://www.uspto.gov/patents/resources/types/provapp.jsp

A provisional application for patent (provisional application) has a pendency lasting 12 months from the date the provisional application is filed. The 12-month pendency period cannot be extended. Therefore, an applicant who files a provisional application must file a corresponding non-provisional application for patent (non-provisional application) during the 12-month pendency period of the provisional application in order to benefit from the earlier filing of the provisional application. ...

You had an email dialogue with me, you could have brought that up in person. instead you post here. instead of my respect and thanks you have my condemnation and anger.

In any event if I am willing to spend $20-30,000 dollars on this of my own money, why would you diss on me like this? Yeah...

Alright, getting personal now. Let's stop it at that.

From this point, let's try to resume this thread with just peer review matters or questions or clarifications to the OP re: his invention, and whatever other detail the OP will want to impart.

Alkemyst, TheEinstein, keep your arguments to PM, please. Thanks.

(Speaking just as a member now, mod-hat is off)

TheEinstein, for this thread to actually be of interest to most people here, is there any detail at all that you have been cleared by your attorney to share? Do you have formulas or algorithms (or even initial stages of your algo/s?) that you can elucidate to us, so that one of us can actually review something and give comments?

We have about zero details now, other than the general stats you mentioned in OP. I'm not sure how we can do any sort of peer review without more concrete details - that your patent attorney clears you to share, of course.

I posted a new thread "Physical Hard Drive" since this one was polluted.

I can answer questions but he wants me not to post our patent submission. I was a little quick on the post, a lot is left out but the gist is there.

I will answer any questions in that post, excepting from a certain person I dislike now.
