I agree with you on that.. even when you are married both should have seperate credit cards as we have seen here you're setting yourself up for trouble doing any less.. Joint Bank Accounts are acceptable though for a married couple but credit cards = NO

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll try to follow some of Ulfwald's advice and go to the police and report it as Fraud since she did change the address without me knowing about it. I even have the last statements before she moved out, and the card was payed out and balance is showing at $0. The credit card company does have records of where they mailed this so they do show that they never mailed me anything after that date.

Anyone who believe this actually been married? "Yes I agree to stay with you for better or worse - but you're not touching my credit card." Geeze, its just credit. Its a hell of a lot more important than a marriage - you should never marry somebody who would f**k you over like that anyway, so whats the problem? I can't imagine marrying somebody and having so little trust in them I won't give them secondary on my CC!
