Seeking a CPU Cooler

I'm looking for a new CPU cooling system to replace my currently defunct Intel Stock Cooler. My priorities are:

-Quiet
-Easy to install (I considered the stock cooler to be annoying to install, with the turning corners that resisted quite a bit)
-Air

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I got a Cooler Master Hyper TX2 for a song after rebate and it keeps my Athlon 64 4000+ (2600MHz) true clock) in the lower 30s at full speed - haven't tried it undervolted yet. The pins for Intel chips can be fussy to get locked in right, but when you do it's supposed to be as good for those. Several on eBay at $10.00 for buy it now. Watch the shipping that'll bite you in the shorts on eBay "deals"... They probably got them for $5. or FAR as I did.

I was kind of sleepy yesterday, I forgot to mention I'm running:

Intel q6600 B3 Stepping
4 gigs of DDR2 Patriot Ram
XFX 8800 GT
Antec P182 Case

The bios couldn't detect the CPU fan and it was displaying temperatures over 70C (followed by shutdowns shortly after) and someone advised getting a new cooling system, I'm just wondering which one.

The Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro does very well, and was only $21 on Newegg as of yesterday (the last time I updated my spreadsheet)

My AC Freezer 64 Pro is awesome for the money, and brought my temps down by 20C as soon as I installed it, moving from a Zalman 7000 that cost about twice as much.
 
I have a couple of ideas but I didn't find them easy to install. A Scythe Ninja for a mid tower and Mini Ninja for a desktop. For the Mini Ninja, I used a pair of tin snips to cut off part of the retention clip so I could fit a fan right next to it (case fan).

Both ones I have are run passively although not really because I have case fans very close to them.

I find the easiest to deal with are the Zalman type (I had a 7000) that are pretty easy to put on and take off.
