seeking a cooking forum

I've finally accepted that I'm the only one in my family that cooks. I mean, everyone can make a few things, usually reasonably well, but adventure is taboo in the kitchen. I like to try to make things that I can't pronounce. 🙂

So, I'm looking for a forum where I can ask people about how they cook clam chowder, tiki masala, ceviche, or whatever, and hope to have somebody with actual experience write me back.

What's your favorite cooking forum?

I use it for restaurant recommendations rather than cooking, but I suspect you would have some luck at Chowhound.

This forum should be all you ever need. A tonne of real chefs on the boards and you can get any kind of advice recommendation you'll ever need.

I've been a member there for several years now and the level of knowledge available there continues to astound me.

I cook pretty much anything, I dont go to any forum but this 1 though. I get recipes from allrecipes.com most of the time

I don't think we need to further seperate cooking from OT. There is more traffic here so...
