I've finally accepted that I'm the only one in my family that cooks. I mean, everyone can make a few things, usually reasonably well, but adventure is taboo in the kitchen. I like to try to make things that I can't pronounce. :)

So, I'm looking for a forum where I can ask people about how they cook clam chowder, tiki masala, ceviche, or whatever, and hope to have somebody with actual experience write me back.

What's your favorite cooking forum?

Thank you.

This forum should be all you ever need. A tonne of real chefs on the boards and you can get any kind of advice recommendation you'll ever need.

I've been a member there for several years now and the level of knowledge available there continues to astound me.

I don't think we need to further seperate cooking from OT. There is more traffic here so...
