Seeking 2nd Opinions: Windows Re-activation After Hardware Change

As a couple of others have stated, swap the board, boot up, activate online, if not, quick phone call to M$ will solve the activation issue. I'd be more concerned about the motherboard swap myself, as not having motherboard/chipset drivers installed may cause your OS not to load at all.
