SEEK or FLIR ONE thermal camera for Android phone ?

I am interested in getting some feedback from my fellow ATers who have used the thermal camera / imaging devices that attach to your mobile phone (preferably Android ). I want to purchase one mainly to assist me to look for water instrusion, insulation, electrical hotspot issues in buildings.

I can't give a recommendation based on use, but I can tell you Flir is a well known brand for thermal cameras in industry. If I were to go off of who I trust to make a good product it would be them.

There are basically 3 options:

1. FLIR iPhone 5S case
2. FLIR One, which is the plug-in unit for the bottom
3. Seek plug-in unit

I opted for the FLIR One because (1) it plugs into the bottom, so you can swap it between phones, and (2) it has MSX, which combines the thermal image with the camera's visual image. It's basically an enhancement of the thermal image, sort of like a sharpen effect using the photo camera as a merged overlay. So instead of just hotspots, you can make out the image a lot better:
