He writes that you are buying a list in the auction title. I don't think eBay will remove it since he states this in the title. I hope they do, but don't think they will...

awesome, i was about to do the same. quite sad what some people out there will do to tarnish their own name :(

is it just me, or does it bother anyone else that the seller continually spells auction a-u-t-i-o-n ? haha.. that's what's also wrong with the ad. :)

It's true people don't read the auction listings, though. I've had people email me questions - even after placing a winning bid - about stuff that was VERY clearly stated in the listing.

In any case, this guy is a jackass and his listing is extremely deceptive.

Some people just don't read the ad. I've had many people bid and win to later find out they can't use certain payment method or that I stated no international bidders.
