My coworker mike discovered the swarm and did a kick ass job of warning people so that they didn't get stung. Thanx Mike!
I work in the office next to the parking lot where this Mustang was parked. I was chatting with our O so ugly secretary (sarcasm) when one of my coworkers pointed out the massive cloud of bees outside the window. It was the most bizarre thing that i have seen in a long time. People walking by on the sidewalk 50 yards off were running for dear life. The police came and did nothing. The car belongs to one of the girls that works at the dry cleaners in the background. After some deliberation my single ass decided to show off the bravery skills. I tackled the swarm armed with a garden hose (thank you Dairy King) and about 3 cans of bug spray. After the car was hosed off I hopped in through the passenger door (joining the 100 or so bees that made it into the vehicle) over the center console (where my sandal got stuck) and proceeded to drive the manual transmission out of the danger zone to safety. I only got stung three times! Shortly after the girls dad showed up and we took care of the remaining bees that were in the car.
