It was a lot easier than waiting for the slow-ass Verizon customer reps for U of A.
 
Opened up the link sent in the email and it said I could get 10% off my bills.
However, when it registered using my email and phone number, the page didn't go through. Did anyone else have the same problem? BTW, this is with Cingular.
 
I got one email from Cingular and it said the discount will be applied within a month or two. It didn't say how much. We will have to see.
