Welcome to Taste of China

The Art of Chinese Cuisine

Cooking, to the Chinese, is an art which should delight one's senses, A well prepared dish, according to an old Chinese say, should appeal to the eye by it's color, to the nose b it's aroma, to the ear by it's sound (such as crunching), and most important of all, to the mouth by it's flavor or taste.

There are hundreds of styles of cooking in China which can be grouped into popular groups: Northern (Mandarin), and Southern (Cantonese). Although both us almost the same ingredients, there is a difference in taste. It is generally recognized by modern nutritionists that Chinese cuisine has its' distinct well balanced character. Chinese food has a relatively of minerals, vitamins and bulk. The Chinese people do not need to diet because Chinese food is practically a "diet".

Some people claim that we Chinese men and women look younger than our years. You certainly want to look younger too! We'll always be pleased to be at your service.

these may be grammar errors or typos or factual errors.😀

Chinese people look younger? Ha! My grandfather imported a chinese wife in her 40s, she looks about 70. And from the pictures I've seen, that's not uncommon. Same in North Korea. Communism and the lack of food that goes with it ages people quickly.

Grammar/usage errors and typos.

Some of those a bit iffy, i.e. passive phrases.

As thirdeye said, that's actually not too bad. At least it's readable.

In general I think most people think asian people look younger. Of course there's always exceptions like your grandfathers wife. And in North Korea because of the conditions. But most of China, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, etc. seem to fit the bill.

Chinese cooking is not a diet. WTF. Look at how much oil you throw into stir fry at a restaurant. My parents never stir fry with that much oil and that's one of my concerns. I personally cook with a good amount of oil just like the restaurants too. If my parents ever saw what I cook for myself, I would get yelled at definitely.

Real chinese food is great for you. I mean REAL, as in what they eat in China. No General Tso's chicken there, mind you.

General Tso's is great! Until it hits you 1 hour later...

Half of what we consider to be "Chinese food" isn't even authentic Chinese. Sesame chicken is about as Asian as a Big Mac.

I love Chinese food but it's way too greasy to handle more than a couple times a month, if that.

That paragraph was pretty good for a Chinese restaurant menu. Most of the ones I've read can't even spell the drink names right.
