Security Questions...

I designed an application and I need to think of about 10 security questions that:

1) Only the person would know (most likely)
2) Doesn't impede on personal information.

Example: What was your first pet's name?

or:

Example: What is your favorite sport's team?

A bad example:

What is your mother's maiden name?

Thanks!

What's your favorite
book
movie
color
season
band/vocal group/musician
actor
sport
ice cream flavor

I hate all the security questions. When you get older, you hardly remember the names of your own children let alone the name of your second grade teacher or your first pet.

Don't ask them things that change with time like "your favorite ____".

I have NEVER EVER been able to remember those.

yeah those are annoying as they change over time - need something like "what/who was your first...." as you rarely forget those 😉

I totally agree. They can also have multiple answers (book, movie, food)

Yes. Ask things are definite. What town were you born in? Do not ask things like "What was the first vacation you took?" that might have multiple answers depending on how much you remember on that particular day.

If you put a plane on a treadmill that has the capability to match the forward speed of the plane, will it take off?

Does 0.999 (repeating) equal to 1?

How much is considered 'bulk'?

Did Syringer ever kill the spider?

EDIT: Use one word to describe the Bush presidency.
