I need to install a few security camera's at my work, and would like to use camera's that i can watch via an ethernet connection and record a 24-48 hour loop with. I can have a dedicated box to dump video to, but i haven't yet found any decent camera's online that you can hookup to a PC and record loops with. 1 of these camera's needs to be outside as well.

Does anyone have experience with this?

For the app. use Remote Eyes. Runs w/XP pro, up to 9 cameras I think. Cameras can record when there is movement, and has a feature to burn to a cd for archiving, Outside you'll wan't a camera w/ motor, inside you'd probably go w/stationary cameras. Hope this helps.

ps. Pelco for camera's ;)

Looks like i have to go through a rep to buy any Pelco equipment. I can imagine it's going to cost a small fortunate for a camera. Do you know of any other low-cost solutions?
