I had a terrible experience with those guys. I bought an MSI motherboard from them because of their amazingly low price. Only problem is it didn't work and I was shocked to be told that they would not exchange it. Evidently in their fine print somewhere it states that any problems should be taken up with the manufacturer, not them.

Also the customer service rep I spoke to was nothing short of uncivil. I'll never be using them again.
