Secondary IDE channel no 80 conductor cable installed

Recently bought a used ABIT A7V, and 650 Athlon. No matter how I connect the drives, or what cables I use I always get this error message.

Secondary IDE channel no 80 conductor cable installed

What's the problem? It's probably something really silly I overlooked. Thanks!

Of course you have your BIOS settings enabled or disabled?
