wow ... are there any numbers on which dorms has the highest suicide rate? When I was there a few yrs. ago, Dykstra had a suicide as well. This was before the renovations... argh. sucks. :(

my gosh she did commit suicide. i was browsing the ucla blogring and read the entry of a girl that used to live across from her.

they just updated the dailybruin article.

I read on the ucla forums that she hung herself in her closet with a belt.

Absolutely terrible to hear..

I don't mean to sound insensitive, but honestly why is this news worthy? There are much bigger problems out there then college students who can't take the pressure. There are about 2 billion people I feel a lot more sorry for than whoever it was that killed themselves.

Sorry to the family and those that have to deal with this crap though.

I love how people always think Cornell is famous for suicide, when it happens everywhere else, just isn't as dramatic as jumping off a bridge into a gorge.
